Our Registered Plan Trust Services include:
- Filing the registered plan draft application and Declaration of Trust and Terms and Conditions with the Canada Revenue Agency(CRA) for approval
- Filing or obtaining approval for, Locked-in Addenda with provincial pension commissions, if required
- Establishing specimen plans with CRA
- Providing your team with information regarding legislative requirements and changes
- Providing pre-approved standard documents such as Declarations of Trust, Locked-in Addenda, and RESP Terms and Conditions
- Entering into an agency relationship by way of an agency agreement and performing initial document review including review of application, Declaration of Trust, and locked-in addenda
- Establishing and maintaining trust accounts for uninvested cash
